If you set up an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This is necessary so that we can track your shopping cart selections between pages. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
Returns:
We will accept the return of most goods within 28 days of ordering with the exception of some non-edible and all edible products. Goods must be in their sealed original packaging and in a resalable condition. The customer must pay P&P costs and the value of the item will be refunded once we receive the item. However goods which are faulty or where the wrong item was sent we will immediately offer a refund or replacement at no extra cost to the customer. We cannot accept the return of edible items or items meant for food contact such as drums and cards unless they are faulty or the wrong item was sent.
All faulty or damaged items must be reported within 2 working days of receipt of order.
VAT:
Where VAT applies all prices are inclusive of VAT at the Irish rate of 23%

However you choose to pay your goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.
Shipping:
Delivery is a next day service in Ireland as long as the order is in before 1.30pm normally. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders dispatched on a Friday will not be delivered until the next working day. Delivery is with DPD and if you provide us with an email address you will receive an email letting you know your delivery slot for that day. However please allow 1 to 2 days for unforeseen circumstances as we cannot guarantee next day delivery especially around Christmas. If your order does not arrive the next day please inform us immediately and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
If you forget something in your order and want to add it later you must have it in by 11am. After this you must let us know by phone (email and facebook are checked irregularly throughout the day) Please do not select ‘pick up’ as these orders are printed at different times and we will not see your note to ‘add to order’ until it is too late. While we will always do our best to help, we pack and complete orders as soon as we receive them so if the order is already packed and labeled we cannot open them and you will need to complete as a separate order including delivery fee if applicable.
For the UK delivery is a 2-3 day service.
For International delivery An Post registered post is used and will depend on country. A delivery quote will be sent to you and you will have the option of continuing with the order or cancelling.
You may ask for your order to be left at an unsecure location such as the porch, at the side of the house but this is done so at your own risk.
If for any reason your order is returned to us after DPD has attempted delivery we will refund the cost of the order less the cost of delivery.
On the rare occasion where we may be out of stock of an item you have ordered we will offer you a replacement item, a refund or the correct item sent out to you later at our expense.
Vouchers:
Cakers world vouchers have never and will never have an expiration date. We will ask for a name when you buy your voucher so that if you loose it we can do a search for it on the system.
