Description
Supreme Silk white is made in Cork, Ireland and has a vanilla flavour which isn’t overly sweet to taste. It is very easy to roll and apply first-time. It’s excellent covering properties help ensure no tearing or elephant skin occurs and suited for taller, deeper cakes due to it’s elasticity. Suitable for both covering cakes, to create a flower/modelling paste you just need to add Gum Trag or Tylo powder. Can easily be coloured with gel food colourings.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not freeze or refrigerate and once opened, wrap in cling film and place inside an air-tight container, this will stop the unused sugar paste from drying out and cracking.
