Simple make beautiful decorated cakes with the Wilton silicone onlay mat. With this mat you can easily cut out a pattern of fondant or marzipan which is great along the side of your cake.
How to use: cut out the pattern of fondant and remove the remaining fondant. Add some edible glue to the bottom of the fondant and place it carefully to the side of your cake. Repeat until you have covered the whole cake.
