Description
Due to the presence of cocoa butter, Saracino Modelling Paste is very useful when modelling 3D cake figures and toppers. This means that it does not dry out immediately which offers you time to easily correct any imperfections.
The modelling paste is also extremely elastic & strong, so you can bend and shape it as you desire, without fear of it cracking. Not only this but, once hardened, it easily maintains its form.
The Saracino modelling paste is so durable that it can be rolled or moulded to a thickness of 1mm, which assists with delicate work such as laces, moulds and small flowers.
It also has a subtle aroma and taste.
How to use:
- Prepare by kneading and working until soft and pliable
- It is normal for the paste to feel hard when un-packaged
- Model as required
- Apply to your prepared cake
Ingredients: Sugar 43%, potato starch, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, maize starch, thickener: carboxymethylcellulose; flavour, preservative: potassium sorbate; colour: allura red AC E129.

Possible cross contamination of: EGGS, SOYABEANS, MILK, PEANUTS & NUTS (almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts).
