FunCakes Flavour Paste – Raspberry 120g

The FunCakes flavour pasta has a delicious fruit flavour. Ideal to give a delicious flavour to your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and different fillings.
FunCakes flavour pastas can be added to batter and are also suitable to bake with. They are perfect for adding a delicious flavour to your batter of sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommend dosage to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavour pasta because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavour pasta can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: sugar, raspberry (30%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: E330, thickener: E440a, flavouring, colour: E163a, E100. May contain traces of: egg, milk and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
