Make anything shine with our range of lustres! They are highly pigmented in colour, so a little goes a long way. Our lustres work perfectly with fondant icing and marzipan – simply use a paintbrush to apply. The lustres can be used straight from the pot to dry brush or add to some cocoa butter/ alcohol to create a paint.
They can also be used in caramel, and in drinks without dissolving, giving a lovely shimmering finish.
