High concentration edible pigment. Can be used as a dust or for mixing to paint for sugar work.
- Add directly the powder to the product to be coloured or apply with a brush to the surface to be decorated.
- Particularly indicated of confectionery and fine bakery (pastries, cookies, cakes and wafers).
- Allowed to be used only for food production purposes.
- Maximum dosage: quantum satis
- Mix with cocoa butter, rejuvenator or alcohol to produce paint to paint fine details.
