You can simply melt this glaze in the microwave and then dip your cupcake in the glaze or pour it over your cake. The glazes hardens out with a bit of a bite and can also be used to add some accents to your decorations with a decorating bag

Preparation: Pour the fondant glaze in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Heat the glaze on 340W in the microwave for approx. 1 minute, maximum 37°C.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, stabiliser: E471 (palm), acidity regulator: E330, preservative: E202, colour: E122. E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy, milk, nuts, sulphite and lupin.
375 gram fondant glaze is enough for approx. 25 cupcakes or donuts.
