The FunCakes CMC – Tylo Powder can be added to fondant to harden it. It makes the fondant easier to model with and it dries more quickly. This is useful when you want to make figures, bows or other decorations that need to harden. Use approximately 3 g (1 teaspoon) of CMC – Tylo powder for each 250 g fondant and knead well.

CMC – Tylo Powder can also be used to make your own edible glue. Here for mix 1 part CMC – Tylo powder for every 30 parts of water. Leave the mixture overnight before use.
