Q : What are usual (Non Covid) the opening hours for Cakers World?

Q : Do you accept One 4 All vouchers?

A : Yes. If you wish to pay for an online order with your voucher just choose the pay with card over the phone option and give us a ring on (01)2573721

Q : What is the voucher policy?

A : Cakers World vouchers have never and will never have an expiration date. We will ask for a name to put on the system so that if the voucher is lost we can look it up on the system for you.

Q : Where can I collect my order?

A : You can collect your order from our shop @ Unit 1,block 521 Grants Hill, Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole D24K576.  Please give 24 hours notice for collection. Make sure to have your order number ready. If you are having someone else collect your order make sure they have your order number and/or a copy of your order with them. You must inform us if you have more than one order in or if you have made any additions. You are advised to check your order before you leave. Q : How much is delivery in Ireland?

A : Delivery nationwide is with DPD in Ireland and Northern Ireland is €6.00 for orders up to €60 and free for orders over €60, regardless of size or weight

Q : How much is delivery to the UK and international delivery?

A : Delivery to the UK  is €10.00 and free for orders over €80. International delivery price depends on weight and country. Put your order through and you will receive a delivery quote for your country by email. You do not have to go ahead with the order if you are unhappy with the cost of delivery.

Q : When will I receive my delivery?

A :Delivery is a next day service in Ireland as long as the order is in before 1.00pm normally deliveries made after 1.00pm may still be dispatched on the same day, if not it will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders dispatched on a Friday will not be delivered until the following working day. Delivery is with DPD and you will receive an email letting you know your delivery slot for that day. However please allow 1 to 2 days for unforeseen circumstances as we cannot guarantee next day delivery especially around Christmas and Communion season. For the UK delivery is a 2-3 day service. For International delivery A Post registered post is used and will depend on country.

Q : Can i add to an order I have already completed?

A :If you wish to add to an already completed order you must have it in by 11am. After this you must let us know by phone (email and facebook are checked regularly throughout the day) Please do not select  ‘pick up’ as these orders are printed at different times and we will not see your note to ‘add to order’ until it is too late. While we will always do our best to help, we pack and complete orders as soon as we receive them so if the order is already packed and labeled we cannot open them and you will need to complete as a separate order including delivery fee if applicable.

Q : Are all goods listed on the website in stock? 

A : All items listed are in stock and ready to ship but there are times when we can be out of certain items. If this happens we will offer you a substitution, a refund or send you the correct item at a later date at no extra charge.

Q : Can I return an item?

A : We will accept the return of most goods with 28 days of ordering with the exception of some non-edible and all edible products. Goods must be in their sealed original packaging and in a resaleable condition. The customer must pay P&P costs and the value of the item will be refunded once we receive the item. However goods which are faulty or where the wrong item was sent we will immediately offer a refund or replacement at no extra cost to the customer. We cannot accept the return of edible items unless they are faulty or the wrong item was sent. All faulty or damaged items must be reported within 2 working days after purchase or receipt of order.

Q : What happens if an item is damaged in transit?

In the rare event that any of your goods are damaged in transit. We will of course refund or replace the item once it is reported within 2 working days of receipt of the order.

Q : What is Cakers Worlds privacy policy?

A : We take great care to ensure your personal information is protected. We store only the minimum amount of information necessary for you to make a transaction. We do not store credit card or laser card details. All of these are handled by PayPal which gives you 100% security. Your details will never be shared with a third-party.

Q : What is Cakers World policy on Best Before Dates?

A : We consider Sugar Paste, Flower Paste, Modelling Paste, Chocolate and Flavourings to have an acceptable best before date of at least one month after purchase. One month or less is considered to have a short date. These items will be listed for sale indicating the best before date and returns will no longer be accepted on these items. If you receive one of these items and it was not advertised as a short date please contact us immediately.

These items will be listed for sale indicating the best before date and returns will no longer be accepted on these items.
