Q : Where can I collect my order?
A : You can collect your order from our shop on the Naas Road across from the Bluebell Luas stop. Please give 24 hours notice for collection.

Q : How much is delivery in Ireland?
A : Delivery nationwide is with DPD in Ireland and Northern Ireland is €5.00 for orders up to €50 and free for orders over €50, regardless of size or weight
Q : How much is delivery to the UK and international delivery?
A : Delivery to the UK is €5.00 and free for orders over €60. International delivery price depends on weight and country. Put your order through and you will receive a delivery quote for your country by email. You do not have to go ahead with the order if you are unhappy with the cost of delivery.
Q : When will I receive my delivery?
A :Delivery is a next day service in Ireland as long as the order is in before 4pm normally, deliveries made after 4pm may still be dispatched on the same day, if not it will be dispatched on the next working day. Delivery is with DPD and you will receive an email letting you know your delivery slot for that day. However please allow 1 to 2 days for unforeseen circumstances as we cannot guarantee next day delivery especially around Christmas. For the UK delivery is a 2-3 day service. For International delivery An Post registered post is used and will depend on country.
Q : Are all goods listed on the website in stock?
A : All items listed are in stock and ready to ship but there are times when we can be out of certain items. If this happens we will offer you a substitution, a refund or send you the correct item at a later date at no extra charge.
Q : Can I return an item?
A : We will accept the return of most goods with 28 days of ordering with the exception of some non-edible and all edible products. Goods must be in their sealed original packaging and in a resaleable condition. The customer must pay P&P costs and the value of the item will be refunded once we receive the item. However goods which are faulty or where the wrong item was sent we will immediately offer a refund or replacement at no extra cost to the customer. We cannot accept the return of edible items unless they are faulty or the wrong item was sent. All faulty or damaged items must be reported within 2 working days after receipt of order.
Q : What happens if an item is damaged in transit?
In the rare event that any of your goods are damaged in transit. We will of course refund or replace the item once it is reported within 2 working days of receipt of the order.
A : We take great care to ensure your personal information is protected. We store only the minimum amount of information necessary for you to make a transaction. We do not store credit card or laser card details. All of these are handled by PayPal which gives you 100% security. Your details will never be shared with a third-party.
